Vikram Bector is the President and Group Chief Human Resources Officer for the Piramal Group.

Vikram has over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors like IT, Financial Services, Consulting, Automotive and Pharmaceuticals. He has previously worked with big global Indian conglomerates and MNCs like – Reliance Industries Limited, Tata Motors, Cipla, Deloitte, Satyam Computers and the Aditya Birla Group.

In addition to core HR, he has a deep expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and leading change initiatives globally. Under his stewardship many Piramal Group companies have made it to the top of the Best Employer Lists. Piramal Group has  recently been featured as a top employer in the Forbes list, having been ranked at number 32 in the global list.
