Nitin served at Syntel in various capacities (most recently as the CEO) between 2012 to 2016 and also before that between 2002 to 2008.

Pritha currently is focused on modernizing the USPS CIO organization to meet the demands of an increasingly competitive market environment, overseeing an operation that processes more than 90 petabytes of data a year. Recognized for her political savvy in a public organization that must perform like a private company, she builds win-win collaborations in a highly matrixed environment. As Vice President of Information Technology at USPS, she oversaw the organizational restructuring and evolution to Enterprise Architecture frameworks that embrace Cloud/Edge, Event Streaming, DevSecOps, Machine Learning, and AI models to drive its strategic goals for industry-leading customer experience, team collaboration, and performance. Pritha broke through silos and significantly boosted cross-organization collaboration through the introduction of future of work platforms, a multi-cloud environment, and modern collaboration tools, as well as stewarded a new focus on highly-skilled technologists from IT generalists.

Prior to that, as Vice President of Mail Entry and Payment Technology, she transformed the USPS business enterprise and mailing industry. Pritha oversaw widescale product and service innovations for end-to-end customer visibility and evolution to a modern mail supply chain, including electronic manifests, verification, and payment systems contributing to an annual of more than $40B revenue, $200M savings, more than $100M short paid revenue capture, and boosting customer satisfaction from a low 70% to 96%.

Pritha has been honored with numerous awards, including recognition for superior achievement and the Postmaster General Award., as well as being named a Top Boss in IT by Fedscoop in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University. Gianni Giacomelli serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Genpact. In this role, he drives and sponsors Genpact’s strategic initiatives aimed at sustaining clients’ transformation as digitally enabled companies. These initiatives include design-driven digital transformation initiatives and methods that take into account the human and organizational side of technological change.

He also plays a leading innovation role in Genpact’s initiative with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to establish a Collective Intelligence Design Lab aimed at exploring and designing combined people-machine groups that are able to generate radical innovation. Mr. Giacomelli is widely published and quoted, and is a frequent speaker at trade conferences. He has authored several scientific papers in collaboration with MIT researchers and is an active blogger on digital and workplace topics. In addition to leading many of Genpact’s portfolio extensions leveraging technology and analytics, Gianni chaired and launched Genpact’s Research Institute and was one of the main architects of the revolutionary Lean Digital approach intended to harness the power of digital technology in business operations. He joined Genpact in 2010 to lead New Product Innovation and also served as Chief Marketing Officer for three years.

His career spans more than 24 years across innovation strategy, marketing, and transformation consulting with global and emerging leaders in professional services (such as Boston Consulting Group, Everest and Datamonitor) and software (SAP). In addition, he is also the global head for Environment, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Corporate Social Responsibility and Administration.

He was an angel investor and Director on the Board of PeopleStrong HR Services and then served as the Chairman and CEO during 2008-09. Aadesh has been an investor as well as Advisor and Board Director in multiple start-up companies. Prior to this, Aadesh worked with Hughes Software Systems for 16 years where he had joined as a part of the start-up team. He was also a Director on the Board of this public listed company. He played several roles including Global Head of HR, CEO of its BPO Business, Head of the Software Engineering Centre (leading a team of 3000 engineers), Product Manager for Soft Switch, led IT as the CIO and Corporate Communication.

He was also the Chief Ethics Officer at Hughes Software Systems and a Member of the Global Compliance Committee, and played a key role in developing the culture, which became one of biggest strengths of the company. After completing a Master's degree in Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Aadesh joined Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) which helped create a strong platform in the Indian telecom sector, and helped seed the telecom revolution. He started as an executive assistant to Sam Pitroda and later performed roles in Human Resources and Partner Program.

Over the last 20 years, Aadesh has been an active volunteer in a variety of roles. These include industry associations like Confederation of Indian Industry, National Association of Software Companies, and National HRD Network and involved in various roles including Task Forces. He has also served on the Boards/Advisory Boards of several educational institutes including Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology, Delhi School of Economics (MHROD) and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He is a member of the Advisory Board of World Forum for Ethics in Business that's headquartered in Brussels.

Aadesh has a passion for community service and has been an active volunteer with The Art of Living since 2000. He has been involved in several community projects, served in several administrative capacities, and organized large events attended by more than 100,000 people. As a Trustee of Sri Sri Ayurveda from 2012 to 2017, he was keenly involved in the propagation of Aryuveda as wholistic life style system as well as for medical purposes. He is also an International Teacher of the Happiness Program of Art of Living that includes Yoga. He was the Co-chairperson of the Global Leadership Forum, an international conference held in Delhi in 2016 which had 3500 delegates and 100+ speakers including 35 Heads of State (present and former).
