Ravi Gupta is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience across functions spanning Operations, Commercial, Improvement Projects, Quality, Six Sigma, Human Resource and has delivered complex projects. Currently, he heads Learning and Skill Development for Hindustan Zinc. Ravi has done B.E. (Metallurgical Engineering) Hons. from MNIT, Jaipur; Marketing Management from FTDC, Delhi; Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Uniworld USA and is a life member of QCFILM. He is also a recipient of the International Process Excellence Award as the winner from IQPC, London. Ravi has trained participants on various subjects & his recent webinar was on ‘Mining of the future: Resourcing Tomorrow: Technology, Connection, Transformation’ arranged by the Confederation of Indian Industries. He is passionate about coaching, mentoring, reading, nature and plays Cajon & Drums.
