Amol, an alumnus of UC Berkeley Extension, SIMS, Symbiosis Law College and Delhi University was born in a Defense Family. An avid learner, he pursued additional certifications like SPHR, HRMP & SHRM - SCP.

With an overall experience of 23 years in Human Resource Management including global experience in US as HR Business Partner to CFO and other Chief Executives that added challenge and contributed heavily in his professional growth. Amol has worked across various segments such as Financial Services, IT Product Company, IT/ITES, Pharma and Bio Technology.

He specializes in - Strategic Human Resources – People Strategy, Organization Development, Human Capital and Employer of Choice Branding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Talent Engagement and Management, Policies and Processes, Risk Management, BCP, General Management and Leadership Transformation. He holds experience in Core HR Practices and Process Areas which includes, Complete Value Chain.

Currently he is The People Leader for India/Philippines at FIS. He is associated with FIS for last 5.5 years. He is responsible for bringing People Strategy to life and driving culture change. Amol’s focus is enhancing employee experience and ensuring India operations are world class.

Prior to FIS, Amol has held different positions at Barclays Technology Center India, SunGard, Infosys BPM, Lupin Ltd. and few others.

Apart from work, he is a Marathon Runner and has participated in multiple runs including Ladakh marathon and enjoys spending time with his family.
