Ms. Seema Trikannad is the EVP & Chief of HR & Management Services at SBI Life Insurance. With over 3 decades of rich work experience, she handled various positions at The State Bank of India such as Credit Analyst, Vice President- Credit Administration, DGM-Human Resources etc. At SBI Life, her profile includes designing & evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR and management services functions, crafting strategies that aid in meeting business goals. This apart, she has been instrumental in promoting strong training & development programs, inclusion at workplace, developing HR policies across functions, ensuring seamless hiring & onboarding procedures.

She is an alumni of Karnataka University where she post-graduated in English Literature and is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
