Dr. Muthal is an Investor and Consultant with Refyne - Asia’s largest financial wellness suite provider. He is also founder and CEO of Kontempore Leadership & Business Solutions which is in the space of Search, Leadership Consulting, HR Technology & Analytics.

Dr. Muthal has held several leadership positions across the HR function. In his last role he was President - HR, Piramal Group. He has also worked with RPG Group, Hinduja Group, MNCs like Parke Davis and Hoechst and had stints in the Middle East and the UK. He also provides strategic advice to many Boards on leadership development and organisation restructuring.

A globally recognized HR influencer, some of his recognitions include “India’s Greatest HR Professional” by World HRD Congress, “HR Achiever” at India Brand Summit, “Outstanding contributions in the field of HR” presented at Asia Pacific HR Congress.
