The experience gained has made me confident to experiment and take up challenges to change the systems radically. Currently heading the Talent management function and leading the Strategic workforce planning for large back office unit of a bank.
I bring in good balance of HR practices into the operations scenario and help easy implementation of key strategic practices. The focus on top & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources has come with running an entrepreneurial venture.
