Rekha Narendra is a Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. Having held HR leadership roles globally and at an India level she has established herself as a strong people partner to Business with focus on Transformation of workplaces, People Strategy and Talent Development. She has won many accolades for Employee Retention strategies and People interventions during her stints at Murugappa Group, Ford Motor Company, Genpact and Kantar. She is passionate about mentoring & Coaching and is a certified Life Coach. She was featured in Forbes magazine for the work she has done in establishing a great work culture in the new Normal. She is a strong advocate of lifelong learning and has recently completed The Future CHRO Program from ISB. In her free time she is an avid cyclist, marathoner and trekker and is currently preparing to trek to Everest Base Camp in May. She is currently working as HR Head of RealPage India
