Rakhee Malik is the Head of Human Resources at Kearney India. She has over 24 years of experience in human resources management, having worked with prominent organizations in management consulting and knowledge services.

In her current role, Rakhee oversees the people function for Kearney India and serves as a board member for both Kearney India and Cervello India1. She has a strong background in leadership development, global talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and transformational leadership.

Before joining Kearney, Rakhee worked with McKinsey & Company and WNS Global Services, where she played a key role in setting up and growing McKinsey's first Knowledge Centre in India1. She is also an active speaker at industry forums and educational institutions, sharing her insights on women leadership and diversity.

Rakhee has received several accolades, including the "Women Super Achiever Award" by the World HRD Congress in 2016 and the "Iconic Woman creating a better world for all" by the Women Economic Forum in 2020.
