Parag Pande is the Managing Director leading Accenture’s Global Human Resources Operations, driving transformation and innovation at scale. With a career spanning over 30 years, he has held diverse leadership roles across Human Resources, Learning, Business Operations, Financial Services, and Strategy.

Prior to his current role, Parag served as the Global HR Service Delivery Lead and CHRO for Accenture India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. He played a pivotal role in positioning Accenture India as both the Best Company for Working Women and the Best Company to Work For. He also led Accenture India’s BPO operations in Delhi NCR and served as the India & APAC Lead for Accenture's Customer Contact Business Services (ACCBS), where he spearheaded innovation, capability[1]building, and operational transformation. More recently, he established the Future Enterprise for Human Resources and now is leading Accenture’s HR Operations across the globe.

Beyond HR, Parag’s expertise extends to strategy, business development, mobilization, finance, and service delivery, managing investments exceeding USD 1 billion. His experience includes setting up greenfield projects, serving as a Nominee Director on boards, turning around underperforming businesses, and driving large-scale strategic initiatives.

Parag is a recipient of Accenture’s Inventor’s Award and holds patents for Connected Classrooms, reflecting his commitment to digital innovation in learning. His dedication to social impact is evident through his work as a Rotarian, assisting orphanages and renovating schools in Mumbai’s slums. Recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International, he has also been honored as the Best Male Champion for Diversity at the Leonie Awards in Singapore. Additionally, he has contributed to FICCI’s Task Force on Diversity & Inclusion and currently serves as a Sponsor for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) at Accenture India.
