An HR professional with 12 years of experience in diverse HR, consulting & advisory roles. She has led extensive assignments on change management, culture building, capability building, leadership development and executive education. Nidhika has the experience of working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders like HR leaders and COE Leads, HR SMEs, Coaches and academicians. She has worked very closely with clients to design customized capability-building and organization transformation interventions, with a focus on co-creation and customization to the client’s context. In her previous experiences, she has worked as a business partner with a focus on unit R&R, competency mapping, L&D and international HR compliance in Infosys. She set up the talent management practice in a growing retail startup, emphasising learning & development framework, job analysis, and leading the end-to-end HR transformation journey as the primary SPOC.
