Jahnavi Kamath
Jahnavi is working with Steps Drama as Client Relationship Director which involves
communicating with different organization’s stakeholders, designing relevant content and delivering the workshops. Jahnavi has worked extensively for 10 years with Theatre and Media industry where communications, body language and dramatics have been her key strengths.
Jahnavi holds Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Journalism & English Literature. Also, she has completed her Certification in International Leadership and Organizational behavior offered by Bocconi University. She has designed and facilitated over 250 high-impact programs in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Performance Management conversations, Values & Culture, Leadership training, Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace, Negotiation Skills, Mental Health, Coaching & Feedback, Ethics & Compliance & Communications skills.
Jahnavi has been designing and facilitating drama led trainings since 2016. She has conducted over 500 + hours of training in her 12 years of facilitation journey. She has trained over 5000 employees ranging from new joiners to Executive Committee members for clients in the BFSI, IT/ITES, Media, FMCG, Retail sectors across India, Middle East and APAC.
Clients she services at her role at Steps include – Accenture, KPMG, IBM, Target, Morgan Stanley, Pernod Ricard, HUL, Publicis Sapient, MetLife, Société Générale, Zynga, Walmart, Cognizant to name a few. Jahnavi’s expertise lies in identifying organizational learning needs and using drama as a tool to catalyze and facilitate behavior change through customized solutions keeping the learner’s and organization’s culture at heart. Her goal is to include Empathy and vulnerability-based trust in any organization’s behaviour change journey.
