She has practical and hands on experience in transforming Global HR organizations and partnered with senior business leaders. She has led large HR Operations, Restructures and Organisation Designs, Transformation and HR Shared Services teams. Dimple is an adept problem solver and demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities and translate strategy into clearly defined action plans utilizing sound business acumen and grounded experience. She believes in harnessing the power of people to create customer delight and long lasting business impact and drives optimal cost and performance of organizations in fast growing, commercial and international arenas. She is passionate about providing evidence based insight in helping organisations attract and retain talent. She has worked global roles with Ernst and Young, Aon, WNS and Standard and Poors.
