Dev is based at Chennai and works at Business Leadership Level for Kemin Industries (www.kemin.com), a family owned global organisation of repute in the space of Animal Nutrition and Health, heading its People Function for South Asia.

Dev pursues interests in integrated fitness of body & mind, listening Hindustani Classical Vocal and select short readings. He selectively serves student community thru Academic Corporate Advisory Boards and professionals by sharing stage on variety of topics within HR sphere.
