A Human Resources Leader with over 14 years of experience spanning People Strategy, Leadership & Culture, Employee Relations, Business Partnering and Learning & Organization Development.

Benjamin currently heads the People Function at CaratLane Trading Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Titan Company Ltd.) where he is responsible for all things People & Culture. Before this he led the Corporate HR Business Partnering team at Titan Company Ltd. and was responsible for leading many large-scale people transformation and change initiatives. Prior to this he anchored the Leadership Development vertical at Titan Company Ltd. and was responsible for designing and delivering development programs across leadership levels. Benjamin was instrumental in creating the leadership development architecture of Titan. Earlier, he was the Lead HR Business Partner for Precision Engineering Division (now TEAL), the B2B business of Titan Company Ltd. Benjamin’s professional certifications include the Tata Business Excellence Model, Hogan Assessments, Thomas PPA and Competency Mapping (by Prof. TV Rao). In 2015, Benjamin was recognized as one of India's emerging future HR leaders by People Matters and DDI. An engineer by education, he completed his post graduate diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at XLRI, Jamshedpur before joining the corporate world.
