B V Bharath
Bharath is a mechanical engineer by qualification, eight years of training in Bharatanatyam , multiple award winning street plays and college plays led him to begin working with children in the applied theatre and children's theatre genres as a professional theatre and art practitioner in various schools and organizations of repute for three years. Dabbling with acting in films and camera he stumbled upon an audition call and was selected for Steps since its inception in India and has been actively engaged with Steps in various roles and responsibilities, client engagement, research, program design and development, and as an actor- lead facilitator. Some of the projects that Bharath has successfully delivered pan India and globally through Steps have been for Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, Accenture, Zynga, Infosys, HSBC, SKF, Medtronic, EY, PWC, Varroc, IBM, KPMG, Target, Tesco, Barclays. On topics such as Unconscious Bias, Diversity, equity and Inclusion, POSH, Ethics, values and culture Conflict management. Bharath believes that being part of Step's journey in India has also enabled him to be a part of the vast cultural change that the industry has witnessed today and finds the work very impactful, self-reflective and beneficial for people. When not in the training room, Bharath can be found swimming/trekking or farming.
