Atul is an engineer turned HR Professional. A People Leader with a good blend of Business and HR experience spread over 30 years. This vast experience is a good blend of Strategic Thinking and Result Delivery through Execution Excellence.

During his last 20 + years in HR, he has led HR function for diverse businesses within Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). These include HR for Automobiles, Trucks & Buses, Tractors, DG Sets, Construction equipment’s and Agri business. During this journey, he has handled Strategic & Transformational HR Management, Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management, OD, Capability Building, Employee Engagement, HR Shared Services and PMS.

Currently, he is the Chief - HR & Admin for Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., with more than 25000 employees spread across the country. His role responsibilities also include CSR & sustainability.

He is a Member of the Steering Committee of the Financial Service Sector of the Mahindra group.

Atul has done his BE (Mech) from Pune University and then completed his MMS (Operations) from Mumbai university. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and also have Certification in MBTI.

He loves to coach people and enable them to grow.
