Currently, working as CHRO–Corporate (Raymond), heading the HR function as a CHRO for Realty and Denim business and providing strategic leadership for Talent Management, Compensation and benefits and HR technology across the Raymond group. Previously, worked as CHRO-Lifestyle (Raymond). This role involved providing HR leadership to the Business from a strategic standpoint. This constituted the Apparel, Retail, Garmenting, Suiting and Shirting businesses in India and geographies within MENA and African region, with over 15000 employees base and around 90 HR team members. This role involved in developing the people agenda for the business and aligning HR to deliver value for the business across the employee life cycle.
Worked with Reliance as Sr. Vice President HR in the Hydrocarbon business. This role involved in providing HR leadership for the organization. I was a part of the HR leadership team of this company, which was involved in the HR transformation for this large-scale organization from 2013 – 2016. Worked closely with BP (British Petroleum) HR team to migrate BP HR systems into RIL as part of the transformation exercise.
Worked as Group Head HR for Landmark Group based in Dubai. Headed the retail and hospitality major across the MENA Region. With over 20,000 employees from over 40 nationalities, I was involved in driving HR transformation agenda along with Aon Hewitt across the MENA region for this large retailer. This involved setting up a state-of-the-art performance management process, LTIP program for senior leadership and revamping the Talent Management process.
Also worked in MNC’s like CISCO Systems, Pfizer, BASF. Has held strategic HR positions in Indian and global conglomerate like Piramal, Pharma Solutions, Landmark Retail, Reliance Industries and Raymond.
