As Co-founder & COO, Anjul leads the Product, Technology and Consulting functions at Think Talent. Anjul is a passionate advocate of leveraging digital technologies to help companies build stronger talent pipelines. Over the last decade, he has worked closely with more than 100 companies to support design and implementation of digital talent management solutions spanning assessments, learning, 360 feedback and executive coaching. Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Anjul has worked in a wide range of HR roles in India, Singapore & Australia. He has a MBA from XLRI and a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
