Previously part of National HRD Network (NHRDN) and prior to that, with the Healthcare Industry – worked with Fortis Healthcare and Columbia Asia; moved from Training & Development, into Core HR / HR Operations and took on the mantle of Unit Head HR. Prior experience across a variety of industries including IT / ITeS, Banking, Hospitality and Telecom, at PAN India locations, across over two decades in roles including front-line customer service, training delivery and on-the-job coaching.
