Bhuvanes is a versatile HR practitioner with over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources strategies and is currently the Head of Group People & Culture in IOI Properties Group overseeing all aspect of people strategy in the group’s various business segments. Bhuvanes had also held leadership roles in Sunway Hospitality Group and Sunway Integrated Properties among others. Bhuvanes started her career as a chemist and took a switch into the field of HR by chance after being persuaded by her mentor and has never looked back since. Bhuvanes strongly believes that one should not be afraid to take on the opportunities and challenges that life throws at you.
