Anandi Shankar is a psychologist by academic qualification and then made a career switch to join the corporate world. In her 17 year career with Hindustan Unilever Limited, she has worked across the value chain on partnering and expertise. Until recently she led the Merger of GSK consumer Health with Hindustan Unilever Limited, the largest M&A deal in India bringing in Horlicks and Boost into the Unilever stable. She currently heads Talent and Organisation for Unilever South Asia. She is also a trained Bharat Natyam dancer and if she wasn’t an HR professional, she would be working for the welfare and inoculation of stray dogs
