Seema Ajwaniis a Managing Director with Accenture in India and leads Employee Relations, Policies and Statutory Compliance function. She provides strategic direction to Human Resources (HR) compliance and employee relations agenda for India. In addition, she offers her leadership and expertise in crucial areas such as Conduct Counts, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and Mental Wellness. 

Seema brings with her more than 25 years of experience as a strategic HR business partner across multiple areas for various technology organizations. Prior to joining Accenture, she was with IBM India for over a decade, working on employee experience and retention.

She is passionate about developing women leaders, and throughout her career has helped advance gender diversity and inclusion in technology. She has also received the Women in Leadership (WILL) forum award for her contribution towards developing women leaders.

Seema holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Delhi university and has completed a certificate course in personal management and industrial relations from SP college of Communications.
