Prapti is a seasoned human resource professional with 18+ years of experience across different facets of HR. She is currently a Managing Director at PwC and is the Advisory Human Capital Leader for India.

Her diverse experience includes contribution in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, compensation modelling, HR due diligence for business mergers and integration projects, change management, transformation projects, performance management, leadership development and tech-enabled people solutions. She has participated in several global HR projects along with leaders from different countries. She has also championed projects that leverage technology to enhance people experience through human-led, tech-enabled platforms.

She was recognized at BW 40 under 40 HR Top HR in India for her contribution in the field of HR.
