Rachna is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of diverse experience in various industries like consumer goods (FMCG and durables), oil and gas, and retail.

In her last assignment, Rachna was the Head – Human Resources, Asia at the Whirlpool Corporation, where she was part of the Asia and Global Leadership teams. Before that, she worked with large MNCs such as Trent Ltd., The Coca-Cola Company, Castrol and Philips.

An MBA, Rachna specializes in simplifying HR processes and fostering inclusion. During her illustrious career, she has been recognised for building agile and effective organization structures, embedding performance-oriented cultures, enhancing organisational capabilities and enabling progressive employee relations.

She has a proven track record of partnering closely with business leaders to align HR strategies. Dedicated to creating synergies throughout an organisation, she believes in driving a fair and inclusive culture with authenticity, collaboration and simplicity. Beyond her corporate commitments, she has been engaged in multiple causes for the uplift of women in India.

Rachna joined Hero MotoCorp as the Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2024 to lead the company’s diverse and global HR function.
